About this apartment rental
Directly on the beach and directly across from John's Pass Village. Location could not be better, and the view is one of the best on the beach!
Vacation in a three bedroom, two bath condo and a new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Both the master bathroom and guest bathroom have also been upgraded with new granite vanities and new cabinetry. The living room, as well as all three bedrooms have flat screen TV's with free cable. Spacious living/dining room area, with comfortable couches.
-- The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed and leads out to the private balcony area.
-- The second bedroom has two Queen size beds
-- The third bedroom has it's own Full Size bed.
Plenty of space for guests, and plenty of space for relaxing.

Location is excellent. The property is a short walk to John’s Pass. Beautiful views of the gulf. Everything else was very disappointing. We arrived to a filthy condo. Our feet were black immediately upon removing our shoes. The tub wasn’t usable because it kept kicking up filth into the water. The trim and walls are dirty and stained. The couch and chairs are stained and appeared dirty. We went to Walmart to buy sheets to cover all the furniture the first night. We also bought cleaning supplies and re cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. The patio floor is filthy and needs power washing. It had some nasty gum or candy stuck to the floor. Patio furniture 4 old chairs pieced together and a crappy side table. No breakfasts on the porch for us. Here’s the best part- the first morning after staying the night my husband woke up saying he thought he smelled urine all night. We pulled back the linens on his bed to find urine stains on the sheets that reaked of pee. I guess the linen wasn’t washed upon our arrival. The property manager was responsive via text. They sent the cleaning crew back but no amount of cleaning would’ve redeemed this place. We also re washed all the bedding which took away a day. They told us they would refund the cleaning fee and have still not done so. Bummer all around. Don’t do it. The owner clearly couldn’t give a crap about keeping a nice place considering what they charge. On the plus side there’s a washer and dryer in the unit that function fine.
