About this apartment rental

Beach Place #106 - This ideally located 3 bedroom, 2 bath, corner unit condo has been completely renovated and updated. Just across the street from popular John's Pass Village, and overlooking the swimming pool, all with ocean views, visitors will appreciate everything this outstanding property offers. Free Wifi. This condo has 2 assigned parking spots. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Beach Place #106's open floor plan includes new tile flooring throughout, a beautifully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances and cabinetry, and all utensils making cooking a breeze! A full laundry with new washer and dryer, and updated bathrooms make this a highly sought after vacation home.

Comfortably sleeping up to 8, the large master bedroom offers a king sized bed with access to the private balcony. With plenty of closet space, and wonderful views, this is a perfect retreat after a busy day outside. The second guest room has 2 double beds, while the third offers one queen sized bed. All rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. This unit includes four televisions, as well as free WiFi and long distance from Canada and the U.S. A nice plus: two parking spots are allowed for this unit.

This unit is Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum Winter and Summer Seasons.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Grab your beach towels and umbrella as the beautiful southern Madeira Beach and heated swimming pool is right outside your front door. Enjoy the BBQ facilities which are located here as well. Of course, John's Pass Village is right across the street. The John's Pass Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world. | | Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

The unit was awesome for our family. Corner unit, just above the pool, views of the channel and beach were gorgeous. Easy to walk under the bridge to John's pass. Short staircase if you dont want to wait for elevator. 2 parking spaces. Beach has some debris from hurricanes, tile pieces, concrete in sand. Bring swim shoes for the littles. Highly recommend. We had two familes and had more than enough room!

Place was overall just fine an what we expected. The property is undergoing a few renovations due to previous storm damage but it didn't affect our stay, we had a good time and everything was as we figured it would be. Nice location being so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just the diference from arriving on a Wed and seeing the piles of sand and dirt in the pool, until Satm 3 days later, the work that was done to smooth out the piles of sand and clean the pool was amazing. We saw such a transformation in jut 3 days, unbelievable what great work was performed so the beach and pool could re-open. Great job.
