Location is awesome. We had plenty of room, we enjoyed our stay. Great views of beach and the Gulf. Extra parking right next door at the public beach, it's expensive but works. Also parking in a garage across the street and is cheaper that the bach access parking.
Front two bedrooms, are lite up like daytime at night because of the exterior corridor lighting, Bring something to cover the windows with you. Ideally the owners could provide better window treatments and coverings. Only a single parking spot so if you meet another family there plan on parking off site. Plenty of noise, all the time, stompers and children's feet all the time. So if you're a light sleeper bring white noise.
