Relax and unwind by the big pool and soak up the sun in the nice private backyard, equipped with outdoor furniture and a grill that has all the tools you need to have a tasty BBQ.
With 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each featuring nightstands, closets, and a Smart TV, there is ample space for up to 10-12 guests to stay comfortably. For additional guests, an air mattress can be provided upon request. The home features 2 spacious bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and one conveniently located in the hallway near the other rooms.
In the open-concept kitchen, you’ll find a stunning white marble island, stainless steel appliances, and cabinets stocked with all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you could need to create delicious family meals.
Each bathroom is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, towels, and hand towels, so you don't have to worry about packing those items for your vacation. The property also includes a washer and dryer, complete with detergent for your use.
The driveway provides plenty of space for up to 4 cars, and while it is shared with the owner who lives in the attached guest suite, the entire home and backyard are fully private during your stay. We can't wait to host you and make your vacation unforgettable!
*Pool Heater: (optional)
We want to make sure that you have the most enjoyable stay possible, and that's why we offer the option to heat the pool for your comfort during your visit.
The fee for the pool heater is $50 per day or $300 for the duration of your stay, whichever is less.
Please let us know ahead of time if you would like the pool heated so we can make sure everything is set up for you. We have a monitor installed that notifies us when the heater is on or off, so you don't have to worry about keeping track of it.
We understand that the pool heater fee may seem like an additional cost, but we believe that it's reasonable given the amount of energy required to heat a pool. We appreciate your honesty and are here to help you make the most of your stay.
