About this house rental
This stylish place to stay is perfect for family trips and gatherings, it offers 2 homes with 2 living areas that can be connected to each other or separated by a door. Both sides of the home have full size kitchens and 2 laundries with full size washers and dryers. This beautiful stay is very well located, near the international airport, Bush Gardens, great bars and restaurants and amazing beaches we are sure that you'll love your stay in Tampa Bay.

My group and I had a wonderful time at this property! The hose was easy to get in touch with and responded fast to all messages. Any questions or concerns that arose before or during the stay were handled quickly and efficiently.The house was even cuter inside compared to the pictures, and the pool was excellent!Perfect for a girls weekend away!

The location of the property for what we needed.I couldn't have asked for a better location.The actual property itself served its purpose.But it could use some updating and cleaning, in my opinion other than that.The owner was quite easy to talk to and easily accessible. The neighborhood is charming and the neighbors were also charming.

This house was great for my large group of young adults for a nearby rugby tournament, but the house was missing a lot I would have wanted if this was a vacation. The pool area was wonderful! No lounge chairs as advertised. They had only a few pans available and the oven worked, but the dials were worn, so you could not tell temp, settings, etc. The washing machine downstairs did not work. The bathroom upstairs was dirty when we arrived and the cabinet doors/drawers/towel hangers were all damaged. I had to request check in information 5 minutes before our check in and again had to request check-out information. They were very kind to let us have a late check out (for 50 charge) since our flight was delayed. Overall we had a great visit, but do think this house needs some updates.
