-Smoking or drugs of any kind is prohibited- reservation will be canceled with no refund and guests will be removed by the authorities
-We kindly ask that our guests take care of the property during their stay. If additional cleaning is required beyond our standard service, an extra cleaning fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy.
-Security cameras are present around exterior of property. Under no circumstances may these be removed, blocked off, or have their correct function hindered in any capacity. Should this happen, your reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund. No exceptions.

Overall the property was good; the description of the property was a bit off with respect to the bedrooms and baths. The listing indicates 5, it did not indicate the 5th bedroom was a separate apartment from the main house. This did not work for our dynamic. The kitchen is remodeled quite nicely, unfortunately cheap cooking pans and utensils are available, no baking sheets or baking dishes. One of the main activities as a family is to prepare meals together, not having necessary equipment, made this less fun. The outside grill, looks really nice but the middle of the heating elements did not work. The pool area is lovely, the kids enjoyed the pool and the sitting area is quite nice for the adults to relax. Lastly, the beds, pillows and linen… sorry to say, are below par. No adult slept well the entire week. I would like to suggest the owner invest in better mattresses and pillows asap. Also invest in stools and chairs in the kitchen, men in our family are tall, the cheaply made ones you have are barely adequate for small children. The location of the house is safe and backs up to a greenway, our only visitors were squirrels and cats that the kids enjoyed watching while swimming; we had considerable privacy. The house has been remodeled and is quite lovely, if the owner invests the few things mentioned- house selection would be a 10 vs 6-7.

The description does not indicate when reserving the whole house one of the bedrooms and bathrooms is a separate unit. Though attached to the home, you have to go outside to get into the main house. After arriving they told me they had a plumber out twice the same week. This means there was already an issue before we arrived. We had to vacate the home before the end of our stay due to a pipe burst under the kitchen floor and sewage leaking through the floor. Nicole was kind and understanding to the difficult situation we were in with having to leave. The neighbors had loud music playing early Saturday morning right next to the garage unit. The street was pretty busy as a main thoroughfare. During our first day there the pool people showed up to clean the pool then the yard crew showed up. The house doesn’t have much grass so they were using weed eaters and leaf blowers which were really loud. But, the house has been updated and the space is great for bigger groups. All but one bathroom has been updated nicely. Water pressure was not the best in the separate unit but I believe the other bathrooms were fine. We had asked to check in a couple hours early and was charged a fee to do so, that was a first for me with a VRBO rental. If you’re on a budget and have a large group the house itself is fine and while we were there things were fine. There are 8 tv's which was awesome and the game room was great. There is no dishwasher and not enough dishes for our whole crew.
