Welcome to your home away from home in sunny Tampa!
Luxury home in a very quiet residential neighborhood - recently renovated spacious home.
The main home has 4 bedrooms, along with a queen pull out sofa bed, 2.5 Baths, bonus game room, fantastic backyard with a sparkling in-ground pool - pool heater is available with an additional cost (please inquire if you are interested in having the heater turned on) - outdoor screen room with seating for 6, tiki bar, fire pit, newly turfed area in yard with 6 lounge chairs, and corn hole. Perfect for any indoor or outdoor activity to keep all guests entertained. The home has a gourmet kitchen, open floor plan, dining area that seats 6, kitchen island with 4 bar height seats, high speed internet, smart TV's in each room, and a full sized washing machine & dryer.
Two separate driveways for parking - a car is highly recommended for your stay.
There is a in-law suite on site, currently not available. In the future, this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath with full kitchen will be available for an additional cost. Please contact me for more information.
Be in the middle of all that Tampa has to offer. Only a 8 minute ride to the Tampa airport, 15 minute ride to Raymond James Stadium, 20 minute to Amalie Arena, minutes from Starbucks and Publix super-market and much more!

Great stay. Comfortable and fun for the family. Very accommodating host. Early check in and late check out was a huge help and allowed us to enjoy the last day by the pool.Kitchen had what we needed and lots of coffee for the week, which was a bonus!

The pool was huge and we loved the bball hoop, tons of floaties, even goggles, portable speaker and pool toys. The lights at night added to the ambiance! The kitchen seemed brand new and offered a large table, plus a table in the screened in patio! The beds were comfortable and we loved having multiple beds in two of the rooms. Bunk beds plus 2 singles so 4 kids could sleep in one room was very nice!

The home was lovely with lots to do for the kids. The only thing I would suggest is a few more amenities, especially in the master suite. There were no towel hooks or anywhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. I realize it's a small room, but a couple shelves would go a long way. Also, the closet doors were hard to keep on the track and there were no lights in the closet at all, so getting dressed in the dark trying not to wake anyone up was tough. Even puck lights would help. It may have been an oversight, but there were only 2 trash bags on site, so we had to get more in order to keep things tidy. The home is lovely, though, and we'd likely stay there again.

The house was very nice however whomever stayed prior to us left a huge mess in the corner of the back yard. There was a great deal of trash and we were unable to use the recycling can because it was overflowing. There were 50 empty cans (beer/coolers) and misc trash (egg shells, cigarette butts) on the ground. This is not the fault of the owners however the cleaning company should have taken care of this.
