About this house rental
This beautiful property is located near Tampa Bay and the Tampa International Airport. The house is clean, comfortable, spacious and ready to accommodate vacationers and business travelers alike. The upstairs has 4 large bedrooms, a den, and 2 bathrooms. The downstairs has a bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living area. The private backyard has a heated pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill. There is a 2-car garage and also ample parking for an RV, boat, or commercial vehicle.
Our place is especially well suited for families and business travelers. We are prepared with all the items needed such as towels, bedding, fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, household consumables, paper products, etc. All rooms have smart TVs with cable channels, Netflix, and Disney+.
The house is remote work ready with fiber optic high speed internet and mesh network, powered sit\stand desk, Herman Miller ergonomic chair, Windows 11 PC, and 30 inch wide screen monitor. It also has second desk with Herman Miller ergonomic chair, Windows 11 PC, 27 inch monitor, and printer.
Our max occupancy is 10 guests. We can accommodate up to 6 cars, 2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway.
The entire home is accessible to our guests. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are well stocked with everything needed. We also provide WiFi access on a fiber optic high speed internet mesh network, use of two computers and a printer, smart TVs with cable channels, Netflix, and Disney+ in every room, washer and dryer, outdoor grill, etc.
The house exterior is under video surveillance for safety. Cameras are located outside and cover all entry points into the house and property. The pool and hot tub are within the coverage area of the device. There are no cameras in the interior of the home. A noise monitoring device is in place in the back patio.
The home is equipped with a key less entry keypad. You will be provided a key code to enter the home prior to arrival so that you may check in and check out at your convenience. We live just five minutes away, so please reach out to us should you need anything during your stay. (Se habla Español)

Our neighborhood is Bay Crest Park, which is a waterfront community. Although our place is not on the water, it does have plenty of room for boat parking and includes access to the neighborhood boat ramp with water access to Tampa Bay.

Justin and Yuni are, by far, the most responsible and attentive VRBO owners we’ve experienced in our 5 years wintering in Florida. The home is spacious, the pool luxurious, and the sundries plentiful! The neighborhood is sweet and comfortable. If we return to Tampa, we will definitely find a way to rent at Living Large!

Beautiful property which includes anything you would require. The pool was used everyday. We had many barbecues and always ate outside because of the great weather we had.
