This enchanting 1925 building, once known as the Marine Apartments, a parking lot, and a verdant event space, has undergone a lavish transformation, emerging as the crowning jewel of 8th Ave – the smallest beach downtown in America!
As you step into your suite, you'll be greeted by brand-new furnishings that were meticulously curated. Smart flat-screen TVs grace the rooms, equipped with Hulu for your evening or rainy-day entertainment. In our kitchenettes, you'll find retro mini-fridges or full refrigerators, stoves, ovens, Keurig coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and a complete array of kitchenware, catering to both short- and long-term stays.
While this ground-level retreat may appear unassuming, it unveils the opulence of a King-sized bed that cradles two guests in pure comfort. Each suite boasts a commodious full-size bathroom, complete with a blow dryer, iron, ironing board, and a luggage rack. For ultimate comfort and tranquility, blackout shades conceal behind bamboo blinds, ensuring restful nights and rejuvenating afternoon siestas. Additionally, for our furry friends, your pets are embraced with open arms upon approval, accompanied by a pet fee to ensure their delightful stay.
La Tortuga two outdoor sanctuaries for you to revel in. The upstairs balcony entices you with four sumptuous sofa chairs and a generous flat-screen TV. Downstairs, a gated pool, an outdoor dining table, and inviting lounge chairs await your leisure.

With one parking spot provided per unit and complimentary Wi-Fi, your comfort and convenience are our utmost priorities. Most of our units comfortably accommodate two adults, except for unit 8, which generously sleeps four.
A signed contract and a valid ID are requisite for check-in, and for your safety, exterior cameras and shared hallway cameras diligently record audio and video 24/7. Please be mindful that climbing stairs may be necessary to access certain areas of the property.
Don't hesitate to inquire about renting the entire property for a special event, be it a reception, anniversary celebration, or corporate retreat.
Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the washer and dryer occupy the second floor, requiring stairs for access. Units 6, 7, 8, and 9 reside on the ground level. Please be aware that none of our suites are ADA compliant, as the building is a cherished relic from 1925, steeped in historical significance in Pass-a-Grille, Florida.

Everything was great. We have stayed here before and even though there were a couple of changes/upgrades since we were there in May of 2024 it seemed like we were coming home.

Great location, terrible property management. I called twice and received no response. Friday we talked to someone at 440pm who stated they would call right back, no return call. This was regarding mold smell in unit, which we discovered tons of black mold in the ac unit. While going to bed , we tried to turn the tv on to discover no internet connection. The eero internet box in the room is red, “solid red light on your eero means it has lost its connection to the internet.” I called again Saturday morning at 0745, leaving a voicemail as requested for the internet issue. Again so response in any form. At 9am, I received an automated text from your company asking if everything is going ok, I replied and no response. I’m feeling very frustrated and it’s apparent the management has no regards any needs after they have been paid for a check in. At the very least we would like the internet to be fixed as soon as possible as it’s raining and we are in a room with no ability to use the tv. Emailed/ no response.
