We had a great stay! The view and location are excellent and the unit was as described. The interior renovation was very nice & comfortable size wise for a studio unit. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great location just what we were looking for on our very short stay. Inside of the unit looked a lot nicer than the exterior entrance. Second story community balcony was very nice. Very clean inside except for a large hairball sticking out from underneath the refrigerator. Otherwise the unit looked new and clean. Parking was sometimes difficult to find a spot close to the unit due to dinner and sunset watching congestion. Overall great value for a small unit.

Bathroom needs to be redone. It's really tight space don't think much can be done about that. Condition is rough though. Shower paint peeling. Faucet splatters out of sink. No where to put toiletries. Shower curtain too long and curtain bar very rusted. Bed was comfortable.
