Never been to pass a beach before. I googled a non-crowded beach with old time Florida. Feel close to Tampa airport and it led me to this beach. It exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay here at seven Beach club. It was in the perfect area for us. Can walk to many restaurants and the beach across the street with easy access. Low-key but yet plenty of people anround. Everyone was friendly. If like to fish, the Hubbards party fishing boat at Madeira Beach fantastic.

Yes. The condo was very clean. It was nice to have incidentals available upon arrival. I did have an issue with the kitchen sink drain but it was fix promptly through itrip. A couple minor issues: lamp switch on one of the living room lamps did not work. Kitchen utensils (spatulas) could be replaced. Overall my stay here was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Walk out the front to the white sandy beaches on the golf or go out the back and enjoy a cool private pool,in the evening. Sit on your terrace and watch the world pass by and the stars dance over the majestic golf of America when it’s time to go to bed it is comfortable cool and most of all quiet so that you can rest before starting the next days adventure Can’t recommend the host or the place enough definitely will come back

Really good location in Pass-a-grille close to several restaurants, shops and piers . Very nice pool with trees providing privacy. Excellent porch 2nd story where one can see ocean and waves breaking across the street. Porch furniture in poor condition, table rickity. Nice BR and bed, good LR, Kitchen layout. Bathroom is small with only a tiny shelf above toilet. The owner needs to improve on that. Shelf/closet hanger for clothes came partially off wall even though had only some summer shirts hanging. Blankets had been there on top shelf. Unit had only 1 juice glass, 1 med size glass, enough large. Only 3 bowls, 4 dishes. Beach chairs very dated,. One had rip and useless. A camp chair tubing broke 2nd time using it - the metal is all rusted. The umbrella is terrible. The owner could take some pride in these offerings and update them. The management company was terrible. We arrived 11pm - No toilet paper, 1 hand towel, dresser drawers were dirty - had to clean before putting any clothes in, carpeting a little dirty. Management did not deliver TP until 5pm next day. Of course we had shopped in morning. They never did supply us with more hand towels. Correct these things and this could be 5* all around. I give it 3* as is.
