Just steps from the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf, this inviting retreat comfortably sleeps four with a queen Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa, making it perfect for couples or small families.
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker—ideal for everything from quick beach snacks to relaxed meals at home. After a day in the sun, unwind with your favorite shows or take in the sunset from the shared upper-level viewing deck.
Located directly across the street from the beach and just one block from the vibrant Pass-A-Grille village, you’re within easy walking distance of an ice cream shop, local restaurants, boutique shopping, fishing piers, and the laid-back Paradise Grille beach bar. To make your beach days easy and comfortable, we provide two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler.
Guests should note that stairs are required to access the balcony and shared exterior amenities, including a washer and dryer located on the second level.
To maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests, the property is pet-free, and a signed rental contract along with a valid government-issued ID is required prior to check-in. For safety and security, exterior cameras record audio and video 24/7.
Street-permitted parking is provided for one vehicle. While vehicle information may be submitted in advance and receipt confirmed, the vehicle is not considered registered for parking until registration is explicitly confirmed on the day of arrival, as advance registration is not available.
