This enchanting 1925 building, once known as the Marine Apartments, a parking lot, and a verdant event space, has undergone a lavish transformation, emerging as the crowning jewel of 8th Ave – the smallest beach downtown in America!
As you step into your suite, you'll be greeted by brand-new furnishings that were meticulously curated. Freshly painted walls exude a pristine charm, while our resplendent Miami Dade pine hardwood floors have been lovingly sanded, buffed, and polished to unveil their original splendor. Smart flat-screen TVs grace the rooms, equipped with Hulu for your evening or rainy-day entertainment. In our kitchenettes, you'll find retro mini-fridges or full refrigerators, stoves, ovens, Keurig coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and a complete array of kitchenware, catering to both short- and long-term stays.
This particular unit resides on the second floor and beckons you to climb a flight of stairs for an exquisite getaway. Each suite boasts a commodious full-size bathroom, complete with a blow dryer, iron, ironing board, and a luggage rack. For ultimate comfort and tranquility, blackout shades conceal behind bamboo blinds, ensuring restful nights and rejuvenating afternoon siestas.
La Tortuga two outdoor sanctuaries for you to revel in. The upstairs balcony entices you with four sumptuous sofa chairs and a generous flat-screen TV. Downstairs, a gated pool, an outdoor dining table, and inviting lounge chairs await your leisure.

With one parking spot provided per unit and complimentary Wi-Fi, your comfort and convenience are our utmost priorities. Most of our units comfortably accommodate two adults, except for unit 8, which generously sleeps four.
For your peace of mind, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate pets. A signed contract and a valid ID are requisite for check-in, and for your safety, exterior cameras and shared hallway cameras diligently record audio and video 24/7. Please be mindful that climbing stairs may be necessary to access certain areas of the property.
We are overjoyed to welcome you as our esteemed guests to our boutique vacation rentals, where you can walk to local restaurants, shops, bars, the beach, and Merry Pier.
Don't hesitate to inquire about renting the entire property for a special event, be it a reception, anniversary celebration, or corporate retreat.

The room was very nice, as was the room we rented a year earlier. The view of the intercoastal and downtown was very pleasant. The room was clean and roomy enough for us both (not including the very small bathroom, but we understand this is a remodel from an old building). The location, in downtown historic Pass-a-Grille is perfect. Serene but not dead. Short walk to the beautiful beach and several great restaurants (we highly recommend Paradise To Go and Grace).

We rented all units and adjacent property to host our family and our wedding venue. The room’s themselves are beautiful and the location at the top of 8th and across Merry Pier makes it central and easy for a walkable trip. Through the tech travel team we also added a golf cart which really rounded out the trip for guests that can’t easily walk.Admittedly we ran into a timing issue with the pool install being in progress during the wedding but Vivienne and Brandon gave us a beautiful option of the neighboring property for our we’d which worked out perfect!It was a beautiful experience.

La Tortuga was clean, the decor was contemporary and inviting, and the mattress was outstanding. The space included a cooler, beach chairs and picnic table. The kitchen appliances were stylish and had a retro vibe that matched the house, but the refrigerator was small... not a deal breaker by any means, but just a heads up. Bathroom in suite #1 was also quite small, also not a deal breaker. This is a true beach rental, but was not shabby; everything was new and very clean. We would stay here again. Location was perfect and in the heart of PAG.

Problem with first nite stay it was already booked they in return put us in another rental was not as nice as la Tortuga but same money and inconvenience girl was very nice from your office though I understand people make mistakes
