Sehr sauber gute Lage im Zentrum von Intra (direkt am Markt), fußläufig zum Fähranleger, in Verbania auch Autofähre ans Ostufer Nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die bei Problemen auch schnell vor Ort sind
Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein (Kochlöffel zusätzlich zum Pfannenwender, Schöpfkelle) Aufzug bei Anreise leider defekt, was den Transport der Koffer in den 4. Stock erschwerte. Gastgeber hat mit den Koffern geholfen, der Aufzug war am nächsten Tag wieder funktionstüchtig Toilettendeckel gebrochen (mit einem Überzug kaschiert) und Sitz sehr locker, so dass er manchmal verrutscht. Die Dusche ist etwas schwer einstellbar und das Duschwasser wird nach 1 Minute Duschen erst wieder kalt, bevor es erneut die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht.

Die Kommunikation war super, sehr freundlich. Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lage ist prima.
