Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt: ein separates Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist hervorragend mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet, und alles ist sehr sauber.

Top Wohnung in zentralster Lage

Top Wohnung in Top Lage mit Top Ausstattung, besser geht es nicht. Casa Via Roma hat wirklich alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, sogar Salz/Pfeffer/Öl wird angeboten. Was die Sauberkeit der Wohnung angeht, so sucht sie ihresgleichen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Grazie mille.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Lage

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Sogar eine Flasche Prosecco und Kaffee stand bereit. Wir wurde super lieb empfangen von Sara und sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt an Lago Maggiore ☺️

L'apparamento è davvero bello e confortevole, curato nei dettagli. La posizione, a due passi dall'area pedonale, dal teatro e dall'adiacente spiaggetta è ottima. È piacevole percorrere la ciclopedonale che unisce Intra a Suna passando per Villa Taranto/Pallanza, cosi' come passeggiare sul lungo lago e per i vicoletti dell'area pedonale pieni di negozi, bar e ristoranti. L'host è gentilissima e molto premurosa, fornisce tutte le informazioni possibili affinché gli ospiti trascorrano un soggiorno sereno e appagante. Ho trovato molti prodotti di cortesia, non solo per il bagno, tutto l'occorrente per condire l'insalata e tantissime cialde di caffè. Grazie

Abbiamo trascorso belle giornate in questa casa accogliente, ben posizionata e ben arredata. Abbiamo usufruito con piacere dei giochi di società. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Grazie a Sara della disponibilità, accoglienza e dei tanti suggerimenti turistici.

Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen!

Sehr gepflegtes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett sowie eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich. Alles sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe fürs Detail. Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir eine Flasche Prosecco sowie Mineralwasser. Die Gastgeberin Sara hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns gute Tips für Ausflüge und Essen gegeben. In der Nähe zum Apartment befindet sich ein Supermarkt.

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage sondern nur Ventilatoren an der Decke. Bei offenem Fenster in der Nacht eher laut.

Appartement simple, d une propreté exemplaire et très bien équipé . De charmantes attentions de la part de Sara Proche de l embarcadere, des restaurants Pas de difficultés de stationnement

La cura dei particolari (non mancava niente). E l'accoglienza . Essendo diversamente giovani, avremmo gradito trovare i locali già caldi ma si é arrivati ad una buona temperatura già dalla sera stessa.

Un belle adresse pour découvrir Intra

TOUT, l'emplacement très central, appartement spacieux et agencé avec goût, confortable et très propre L'accueil de nos Hôtes, il ne manquait rien, tout a été bien pensé et ils ont mis à disposition plus de capsules de café selon notre demande. Et merci pour le PROSECCO qui nous attendait bien frais dans le frigo. A recommander sans hésitation !

Das Apartment hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeit schon fast perfekt.

Das unser Kurzurlaub zu schnell vorüber war... ;o) Das Wetter nicht so wollte.... also alles was unsere Gastgeberin nicht beeinflussen konnte.

Schöne Oase mitten im Zentrum

Die Besitzer sind total nett und lieb. Die Wohnung ist top neu, sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Sogar ein kleines Gruß mit Prosecco hat auf uns gewartet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral: 100m zum Supermarkt und 300m zum Hafen und vielen kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Man kann sogar autofreie Ausflüge machen. Die Fähre fährt sehr regelmäßig.

Die zentrale Lage an der Straßenecke bedeutet natürlich auch etwas Lärm und ein wenig Abgase.
