Very central location. Apartment very modern and had everything we needed.

Location was central for our needs, close to the lake and convenient supermarket. Nicely furnished and light.

Superb

The apartment was perfect - recently renovated with taste. Close to all shops, restaurants and ferries. All the necessary kitchen equipment and bathroom extras. We were in three, so the sofabed was comfortable and easy to set u for the night and back to a sofa during the day! Would certainly recommend and stay again on another trip to Intra! Thank you Alessandra for rmaking our stay in Intra just perfect!

Highly recommended

It is a nicely furnished apartment will everything needed. It is very well located just in front of the lake and the harbour from where the boats leave and just above a big supermarket . It doesn't have parking but Alessandra was extremely helpful and sent us a map indicating all the free parking areas. There are plenty to choose. I highly recommend it.

Great base for exploring Verbania and Lago Maggiore

Hand over of keys and instructions super smooth; communication in general very quick; the apartment has no dedicated parking but there are plenty of free options around the area (the white marked parking spots)

During our stay was an extreme weather situation (strong storm, hail and rain) which resulted in water coming through one of the windows in the bedroom and partially flooding the floor; we were fortunately at home at that time and could react quickly and the help offered from Alessandra was also quick and adequate

Sauber mir Seeblick - Verbesserung in der Organisation notwendig

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Der Prozess der Schlüsselübergabe als auch des Check-ins entspricht nicht dem booking Standard. Die Schlüssel müssen persönlich in Empfang genommen werden, wodurch man erst einen Treffpunkt und eine genaue Uhrzeit angeben muss. Ebenso ist die Kommunikation über WhatsApp und der Austausch von persönlichen Daten wie Foto der ID Card sehr unseriös. Hier muss man aufpassen welche Daten und Bilder man sendet. Besser wäre ein Schlüsselkasten sowie ein online check-in. Darüber hinaus war die Matratze bereits ordentlich durchgelegen und das Kissen steinhart.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und hat alles, was man benötigt. Größe der Wohnung, Sauberkeit und die Lage sind top. Ein Supermarkt und unzählig viele Restaurants sind unmittelbar und der Nähe oder direkt unter der Wohnung, so dass es uns einfach an nichts gefehlt hat.

Der Nachbar. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig und leider kann man vom Nachbarn alles hören.

Super! On a passé un très bon moment

Très bien placé. L’appartement est très agréable, joliment meublé et très propre, avec petite terrasse avec vue sur le lac. La propriétaire et son compagnon ont été très disponible et sympa.

Intra und der Lago Maggiore sind eine Reise wert. Das booking.com nicht dafür Sorge trägt, dass Urlauber nicht die wohlv

Die Wohnung ist für ein Paar gut geschnitten. Die fußläufige Entfernung zu Lokalitäten, wie auch die Anbindung an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und RNVP sind ideal.

Der direkte Nachbar ist eine extreme Zumutung. Er lässt des Nachts die Musikanlage sehr laut durchlaufen, knallt Türen , schreit in der Wohnung ( auch nachts) herum und verhält sich auch ansonsten absolut rücksichtslos. Das beworbene Frühstück waren in Wirklichkeit nur bereitgestellte Konfitüre, Milch , Kaffee etc. Unter einem Frühstück hatten wir uns etwas anderes vorgestellt. Am unangenehmsten war, dass die Wohnung von Ameisen befallen ist. Es existiert Beweismaterial. Schade, dass sich ein Unternehmen, wie booking.com sich nicht ein genaueres Bild von den Unterbringungen macht, bevor sie diese an gutgläubige Urlauber anbietet. Bei vorherigen Bewertungen vielen oben genannte Punkte bereits auf. Abgestellt wurden diese wohl nicht.

Tolle Lage! Obwohl mitten in Intra eigentlich sehr ruhig. Ist eine sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit einem kleinen Balkon. Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

"Mit Frühstück" das ist etwas lächerlich - Lasst bitte das Frühstück ganz weg, so das macht keinen Sinn! Alles streng abgemessen - von Knäckebrot bis zu den Caffeekapseln. Es gibt unten einen Supermarkt - in fünf Minuten hat man alles auf dem Tisch, was man benötigt.
