About this apartment rental
The tastefully furnished approx. 140 m² large 3-room duplex apartment is located on the 4th and thus the top floor of a multi-family house. From here you can easily reach on foot the magnificent old town of Intra with its shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and the lake. There is a public beach, a swimming pool with a private beach on the lake, an indoor pool as well as the public tennis courts within 500 m of the hotel. From the approx. 10 m² sunbath you can enjoy a beautiful view of the roofs of Intra, the lake and the opposite shore. The spacious apartment is particularly suitable for those who are looking for a central location, from where you can start many activities on foot, by bike or by passenger ferry. You can reach your apartment comfortably by elevator or via the staircase. You can park your car in the free parking lot in front of the house or at the public car park, which is about 100 m away. Pets are not allowed. Accommodation: 1. Spacious apartment for the area in good location as a base for touring Lake Maggiore. Well equipped kitchen. Stairs are steep, narrow & twisted with no handrail so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Vast number of ornaments on display so would be stressful with children. Living area very dimly lit & all lamps connected by an alarming system of extension leads & trailing wires. Sheets & towels are an optional extra & non provided fitted twin bedded room. No drawers so couldn’t unpack suitcase. (Winery question not applicable)
