About this apartment rental
Stay in our private Victorian house! Location is an upscale area of Residential Historic Downtown of Wilmington, walking distance to Riverfront. You will enjoy a secure, private apartment on second floor, mindfully equipped like cozy home for you to relax.This in a private separate one bedroom apartment in the back of the house, about 700 sq ft.it has full kitchen , full bathroom, bedroomroom with queen bed , and a living room with a couch.(Two guest accommodation, third guest would be charged extra $50.)The place is fully equipped and nicely decorated for rest and relaxation.we do not have a TV set, but there is a high speed WiFi. We provide free off-street parking.Location of the place is on residential Historic district, That means it is quiet and secure, and in walking distance of Boardwalk and all Downtown venues.

Everything was as advertised! Clean and quiet and walking distance to the riverfront. Natasha was a great host! The only thing to note is that there is a large staircase to get to the apartment so not ideal for travelers with any problems walking. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was cozy and had all the amenities of home!! It was beautiful and inviting and just a short walk from the river front and close to lots of places to visit and see!!

The property is so well- maintained. The bed and couch were both comfortable, and the room was both well- lit and well- air conditioned. The amenities- coffee, tea, bath products- greatly fit our needs. Most importantly, the property is very close to all the spots we wanted to walk in the downtown/ boardwalk area. The building owner was gracious, and welcoming. While I could see the many stairs as a problem for older or disabled travelers, climbing those stairs was a welcomed bonus for those of us with an active life. We loved the vacation space. Thank you so much.
