This property is a private full home as one side of a side-by-side duplex, offering rare amenities for Downtown Wilmington including great parking and driveway, private fenced-in backyard area, huge wraparound front porch with relaxing rocking chairs. You will not find many properties or rentals downtown with amenities like this.
On the main floor, walk in to a refurbished, fresh, and clean space designed for comfort and relaxation. The house is in a great location! The historic district is just a few blocks away. The host was super responsive when we had questions and even though it is a duplex, we didn't hear our neighbors at all!

Very convenient to waterfront (six blocks). Host was responsive to our requests. Home just as stated. Very comfortable and updated. My only complaint is that I have problem with stairs and I did not have a railing for all steps; however, I knew the bedrooms were upstairs.

The property was super convenient to the Riverwalk. We had no problems communicating with the host. The house was clean and uncluttered and comfortable. The photos are exactly representative of the house. The temperature was very comfortable downstairs and a little less upstairs. The parking in the driveway was tight but very helpful. Only downside was the upstairs bathroom. The shower is great but the bathroom is small and it stays damp and steamy, it helps to keep the exhaust fan running but I was more comfortable leaving the door open to vent the bathroom.
