Great little place. Nice older house, good upgrades, etc. The back yard wasnt that great for the dogs honestly. There is no grass only plants, super small. If owners would install King bed in the bedroom it would be much better to accommodate. Overall the owners were great and very easy going and communicative. I thought a little overpriced for area, and accommodations all round. Id still give them 4 stars!

Great place for a weekend in Wilmington. Very pet friendly woth a fenced in back yard. About .5 miles or a 10 monute stroll to all the hustle and bustle of downtown Wilmington. Great hosts, perfect place and wonderful dining
