Located in Edgartown, in the Katama area, this 3,000-square-foot home underwent a complete renovation. From the appliances to the vanities to the flooring, to the tiling, to the lighting, to the kitchen, to the mini splits for heating, and landscaping, everything is new.
The home was designed by local real estate agent Jarrett Hurwitz, and offers high-end furniture throughout. The layout of the home is the following:

Owner was wonderful to work with and house is incredibly well appointed! Modern but comfortable interior, beds super comfy and everything we needed in the kitchen.
The location couldn’t be better. So easy to get to both the beach as well as downtown. We did t get to use pool (winter) but it looks amazing so hoping we can come back in summer. And.. big side yard for games with kids to run around. It was everything we could have asked for!
