POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This luxurious Katama Compound features a 4-bedroom Main House, a Party Barn, a separate Work/Office building, and a heated Pool.
The Main House features a modern open floor plan with vaulted ceiling, wide plank floors and Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has seating with a media center with large screen TV and sliding glass doors that open to a back deck and the pool area. The Dining Area is framed by two walls with windows.
It opens to the Gourmet Kitchen which has a large, center island/breakfast bar, stainless appliances, and granite counters. A door between the Living And Dining Areas opens to a side stone path that leads to the separate Office/Work space building.
All four Bedrooms have en suite baths. There are two Primary Bedrooms -- one of the first floor and one on the second floor. The first floor Primary has French doors that open out to the deck and pool area. The sleeping configuration is two Bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor. There is also an open Loft Area on the second floor set up as a children's play area with TV.
The 12 by 30-foot heated pool has lounge areas, as well as the deck that opens off the back of the house. The Party Barn is located on the other side of the pool. It features Game Areas with ping pong, game table, and board games. There is also a Media Area upstairs with large screen TV. The entire half-acre compound is professionally landscaped. It is near the Katama General Store and offers easy access to South Beach and Edgartown Village. The bike path is across the street.
NOTE: Pool is heated to 80 degrees. Heat is included in July and August but is an additional $250/week in June and September, May and October.
