About this house rental
POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This vintage Colonial with seasonal Guest House combines classic charm with modern touches and the convenience of being in-town within walking distance to all that the Village has to offer.
The traditional first floor layout features formal Living Room, Dining Room, TV/Family Room and Gourmet Kitchen. The recently renovated Kitchen has granite counters, farmer's sink, commercial stainless appliances, wide plank vintage floors, casual dining area, and sunny bay window.
There is also a first-floor Primary Bedroom with en suite bath. The other four Bedrooms are upstairs. One has an en suite bath and the other three Bedrooms share a full bath.
There is a separate two Bedroom Guest House with open loft-style Living, Dining, and full Kitchen Area (only available June thru September). A new bluestone patio has been added in the backyard with Dining Area and outdoor Living Area. A new enclosed outdoor shower has been added as well.
Downtown Edgartown, with its restaurants, shops, attractions, harbor, and beaches, is only a couple of blocks away.
NOTE: Guest House is only open June thru September. All other times only the five Bedroom Main House is available.
WINDOW A/Cs: Living Room, TV/Family Room, Bedrooms 1,2,3. Bedroom 4 has a freestanding room unit. **Bedroom 5 has no A/C. Guest House has one window A/C unit in Living Area.

My husband and I enjoyed spending our 35th wedding anniversary on the vineyard.
Our accommodations made it perfect. The location allowed us the freedom to walk into town or just relax in the backyard talking with our guests and listening to the birds. If something wan’t immediately available, the property managers took care of it quickly.
One more shower would have been great but we all managed.Thank you to everyone who helped us with our accommodations and to create another perfect trip.

Group of 8 women who rode in our 20th MS Ride The Vineyard Ride. Convenient location (2 blocks) to town, 1.3 mile walk to Morning Glory for veggies and bread and close to the bike paths for riding. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Lovely kitchen, dining room and two living rooms. We did not use the guest house. Lots of books, puzzles, games, beach towels etc. Highly recommend the house and Point B Realty!

We were able to accommodate 4 small children, 2 teenagers and 6 adults, and 2 small dogs. Everyone enjoyed their stay on MV! The house was very well equipped and beautiful!
