Plenty of space in this 10 room colonial situated on a lovely private acre a short distance to bike paths, Edgartown village and beaches. Huge gourmet kitchen, spacious dining room, living room, den and large large family room with ping pong. 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. House sleeps 10 comfortably. Enjoy our kayaks and bikes. 30 x 16 x 4 heated In ground pool. Beautiful and comfortable, this is the perfect vacation house in a private community of fine homes in fabulous Edgartown. Seven passenger Toyota Highlander available to rent May to October ($250/day or $875/wk).

We had a great stay visiting family nearby for the holidays. Great communication and check in and out were smooth. Comfortable house for the whole family. We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!

Our family is trying to come to terms with the loss of two family members this year, one being my husband. We definitely needed a different location for Thanksgiving. We found the perfect place. Sue was an incredible host, answered all questions immediately, offered great advice and provided a lovely home. We are a family of 10 and there was more than ample space for everyone to either gather together or to spread out if needed. The location is quiet and convenient to everything one might want to do. I definitely recommend Sue’s lovely home and hopefully we will be lucky enough to return someday. Our stay on Martha’s Vineyard definitely helped us through this holiday. Thank you Sue!
