This Barn-Inspired Contemporary has been renovated throughout with new furniture, paint, appliances, bathrooms, and Kitchen.

The first floor features an open layout with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace, white-washed barn board walls, white floors, and a wall of sliding glass doors that open to the large new deck.
The Dining Area sits between the Living Area and the new Kitchen. There is a wall of sliding glass doors that open to the deck. The Gourmet Kitchen is fully-equipped with new appliances, breakfast bar, and quartz counters.
Two of the four Bedrooms are also on the first floor, as well as a shared bath, and a half bath with laundry area. The Primary and the other Bedroom are upstairs. They both have new private en suite baths.
Outside, both the deck and pool area have been upgraded. The deck has outdoor lounge seating and a dining area. The heated sport pool is 16 by 32-feet, and is 3-feet deep throughout. There is a bluestone patio surround sunning and lounging areas.
With its convenient in-town location, all of downtown Edgartown Village, with its restaurants, shops, and harbor, are just a short few blocks away. The bike path is also just around the corner.
A/C NOTE: Bedroom #4 on the first floor has a stand up floor unit air conditioiner.
PETS: Only small (under 30 pounds) hypoallergenic dogs considered.
POOL NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees in July and August and included in the rent. There is an additional heating surcharge of $250/week in June and September. Pool is open June thru end of September.

We really enjoyed this property, its gorgeous patio and the pool for the kiddos. Walkable to downtown and all the restaurants and shops!

Point B was very easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. Listing should be explicit about the downstairs king bedroom not having AC, window coverings and a place to bathe close by (it felt like an addition to the home). For relaxing and enjoying downtime, it would be nice to have a TV in each bedroom.

Best location! Easy walk and or bike to downtown Edgartown and beaches.
House is well appointed with everything you need for indoor and outdoor living. Very spacious.
We found that noises travels well inside. High ceilings seem to contribute. Be mindful if everyone is on different sleeping schedules when assigning bedrooms.
Management was super attentive and accommodating.
I’d consider returning to this property.
