About this cottage rental
If you’re looking for immaculately clean, quiet, and comfortable, this is the place for you. This isn’t your typical vacation rental in Kona. This full size guest house is located within a 2 acre orchard facing the ocean and sunsets.
Spacious 2 bed/2 bath guest house is located adjacent to our home. Located on roughly 2 acres, 1500ft in elevation on the slopes of Hualalai in the desirable coffee town of Holualoa. This 1100sqft home overlooks Kailua Bay (KONA). 10 minutes from the airpot, downtown Kona, and Magic Sands Beach. Perfect temperatures year round! You're in for magical sunsets. Full size W/D. No smoking or pets.
This house has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a full size bathroom. The second bedroom has a smart tv and its own full private bathroom and a tub. If you like to cook, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with anything you would need plus a grill just outside the kitchen door. Imagine barbecuing dinner while watching the sunset or sitting outside on the spacious patio enjoying your morning coffee.
When you stay in our guesthouse, you won’t need to bring your entire closet to last your whole vacation, or go home with bags full of dirty laundry. There’s a full size laundry room for your convenience.
Guests have private parking (up to 2 cars) right next to their private entrance.
We also provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and beach towels.

Gabe and Andrea were very available and ready to help when needed. The home is so beautiful and comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and there are all kinds of beach chairs snorkeling and an umbrella for the beach. All accommodations were perfect in other words!

Our stay in Hawaii was perfect. The house was just right for our family. The boys had a yard to play in and everything was only a short drive away. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Gabe's place for 4 weeks. It checked ALL the boxes. Located just above Kona, at an elevation where the temperature is always perfect; never too hot/humid, nor too cool to even require socks! The house was simply immaculate. Every square inch in good repair and thoughtfully laid out to ensure comfort and spectacular views. The covered lanai with expansive seating area hosted our nightly "Golden Hour" of the incredible sunset over Kona. An added bonus was the ability to view those same sunsets when preparing meals from the well-appointed, lovely little kitchen and again from the convenient grilling area. Quality appliances (fridge with ice maker!) cookware and dishes aplenty and a pantry with thoughtful, basic supplies to create the basis of any home-cooked meal. Furniture in the living area was ample and provided a comfortable area to relax after a long day taking in the sites/beaches. Bedrooms, bathrooms and closet space were again spotless and provided the comforts of home - great linens, basic toiletries, and plush towels - way better than any hotel. We slept soundly every night to the hum of the coqui frogs and volumes of fresh air. The stocked laundry room is positioned near the front door allowing guests to unload beachwear to eliminate bringing sand into the house. Beach gear/chairs are of high quality and like new. Fruit trees on the property create an idyllic atmosphere. Our host, Gabe is down to earth and genuine, never obtrusive yet always responsive!
