Beautiful home. Yes you feel like you’re living in paradise. The sunsets on the lanai are breathtaking every night. This condo is completely stocked with everything from kitchen to beach gear. I have stayed here twice and would go back again.

We highly recommend this condo, with its ocean views right in the middle of Kona where all the action is. It was great to be in town and be able to walk everywhere. Yes, you can sometimes hear the street noise over the pounding waves, but we found it was not overwhelming. Rather, it was interesting and not annoying. It's a perfect place to both people watch and whale/dolphin/sunset watch. The condo itself is well appointed, with upscale furniture, bedding, and linens. The manager, Tom, greeted us in the parking lot, helped us with our luggage, and spent quite a bit of time going over the various aspects of the condo, which was very helpful. Thanks, Tom! Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we will come back!

Could not have dreamed of a more perfect property!! Clean, comfortable and an amazing location right at the water’s edge. The condo is larger than most VRBO’s that I’ve rented in Hawaii and equipped with all of the amenities that you’d ever need while on vacation. The check-in/out process with Tom was easy and he and Carol bent over backwards to make sure our stay was comfortable!! We will definitely be returning to this property!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in beautiful Kailua-Kona. The condo has great views of the ocean - sunsets are not to be missed. Property manager Tom was very helpful getting us oriented during check-in. The condo is located next to a number of restaurants and shops along Ali’i Drive. We have so many wonderful memories from the trip. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay in this VERY well appointed and perfectly represented condo, thanks to Carol and Tom! Due to the fires in Maui needing to redirect our visit to Hawaii, we were in last minute need of a place to stay for more than a week. I was able to book this condo and reach out to Carol who responded immediately. She coordinated with Tom, the onsite host, who coordinated with housekeeping and the 3 made it happen for us to be able to arrive the very next day. Weary from change and now needing to plan our vacation as we go, the one thing I didn’t need to think about was the condo or anything in it! Anything you need and a few surprises (thank you, Carol & Tom) were all there. I knew the location of the building before booking as I had visited the area before, and it could not be more centrally located! We walked to everything in town and had easy in-and-out parking for our other excursions. With being so centrally located on the main Kona strip comes some noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. We could sit on the lanai and listen to the music being played at nearby restaurants and enjoy our much more reasonably priced meal with the same view. The bedroom is away from the street, so the only thing you hear is people coming and going to their condos. Most people were very respectful and quiet as they passed as they are reminded with building notes in the elevator. Tom asked if I would recommend the place to others… “Only at times I don’t want to be there myself!!”

We spent three incredible weeks here. I’ve never had such a well provisioned condo. We spent many hours out on the lanai watching sunsets, dolphins, canoe-ers, and Kona life going by. It is such a great location!

This is a lovely apartment in a very quiet building. Right on the Main Street of Kailua, it is a short walk to all restaurants and shops. The patio doors open to the view and sounds of the ocean. Note that there are many rules in this condo complex that make for a quiet and pleasant stay. This is NOT the place for you if you like your music loud or to have noisy get together. But it’s a good home base for a single or a couple. Pics are exactly on point. Know that there are two bathrooms, both have very limited counter space. Washer and dryer work great. Lots of supplies including beach chairs and towels. Yes there is a hairdryer! Lovely kitchen. Great wifi and TV. Comfy couch and decent bed. Very close to grocery and pharmacy, etc. super easy from airport and to routes around the island. Covered parking for free is a bonus. Key access to elevators makes for good security. Lastly, Tom, the manager is a gem. Friendly, accessible, informative. Thanks, Tom!

I’ve stayed in many condos. None were as well appointed as this one. One look around and the guest immediately feels the generosity of the owner. The cupboard is stocked with spices and treats that make the first day fun. The baths are the same way……stocked with generous supplies of paper products, sunscreen, shampoos etc. Everywhere I look my needs are anticipated and supplied. A good night’s sleep is very important. The new mattress was perfect. The weather was cool so I didn’t use the air conditioner but I chose a condo with available air….just in case! There is not a better property manager anywhere. He is there for your every need. Living on site, he makes himself available to the guest. Thanks for a great visit.

This unit is in the perfect place to enjoy a stay in Kailua. Everything is in walking distance and restaurants are all around. Pictures are accurate. Everything you need is there to use down to the snorkel gear, body boards, lawn chairs, sand toys, and pool noodles! Manager Tom is wonderful. There's air conditioning, but we only closed the lanai doors once to use it. People watching from the lanai is fun. I highly recommend this condo.
