About this apartment rental
Kona Bay stays in view from this one-bedroom Kona Ali'i condo, and Hale Halawai Park is across the street when a waterside picnic or a few minutes on the grass sounds right. The condo sleeps four in two beds and has two baths, a welcome advantage for a small family. The open living area, full kitchen, furnished lanai, ceiling fans, private washer and dryer, WiFi, and cable TV make it easy to settle into Kailua-Kona. Walk Ali'i Drive for local restaurants, beaches, parks, and fishing charters, then return to watch the bay settle toward sunset. It is a strong choice for guests who want the energy of town without giving up a front-row water view.
The Space:
This 780-square-foot condo has one bedroom, two baths, and two beds for up to four guests. The open living area lets the group stay connected while someone uses the full kitchen. The furnished lanai faces Kona Bay, adding outdoor space for the changing water view. Ceiling fans, cable TV, WiFi, and a private washer and dryer support a comfortable stay.
Guest Access:
This Kona Ali'i home offers a private entrance and access to the resort's communal pool, with resort access and an elevator on site. The grounds provide outdoor seating near the bay, with a sea view and easy walking access to the water's edge.
The Neighborhood:
Kailua-Kona is the sunny, walkable side of the Big Island, where Ali'i Drive follows the water past historic sites, restaurants, small beaches, and the harbor. Hale Halawai Park is nearby for a waterside picnic, and Kailua Bay is a natural place to catch the late-day light. Fishing charters depart from the harbor, while Kahalu'u Beach Park farther south is a well-known snorkeling stop. It is an especially good setting for travelers who want coffee, dinner, and a shoreline stroll within their Kona day.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is about 10 to 15 minutes away, making arrival simple. A rental car is recommended so you can explore the Kona Coast at your own pace. Downtown Kailua-Kona's shops, restaurants, and oceanfront Ali'i Drive are often within walking distance or a short drive, with beaches, snorkeling spots, and grocery stores close by. Parking is generally available on site or nearby, whether street or lot.
