A beautiful condo with a perfect view of the sunset every night. Located in the heart of Kona. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. They were super accommodating with us and made our experience a great one! Would definitely recommend.

The location and proximity to the ocean was amazing! Even with the window closed we can still hear the waves crashing and we loved it!

The view was amazing, but it is next to a very busy and LOUD road. Difficult to get in and out of the locked front door.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view is gorgeous. You are in walking distance of the King Kam beach and at least 10 great restaurants. But the unit itself is a little wonky. The master bathroom door has been removed and replaced with saloon doors. There is a 2 foot gap at the bottom and top of the door, and 2 inches between the doors. So, zero privacy. The bedroom door has been replaced with a door that does not reach the ceiling. So you can hear everything going on in the living room, and vice versa. The reconstructed bathroom off the living room also has walls that do not reach the ceiling -- so noise, light, everything leaks through the entire unit. There is no A/C, and the sound from Alii Drive is LOUD, so you will likely close the sliders at night -- and it gets HOT, even in December. One of the fans was broken completely and the other damaged -- and the management company did bring us a new fan the day after Christmas, which was great. The kitchen and lanai are very nice, our daughter was able to sleep in the 'study', and there are plenty of beach towels and plates/glasses/etc. The building is secure and quiet.
