5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 kitchens, and an office/hang out room. Just minutes walking distance to all restaurants, sports bars, shops and beautiful beaches in the heart of kona, yet in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic noise in a very peaceful area . A perfect spot that really is hard to beat.
A spacious 2500 sq. ft. two story house. On top, a lookout patio with stairway and downstairs a covered patio with bbq. Washer and dryer in unit, another full laundry room on site. Free Private parking close by to the unitfor easy access. An area with beach and snorkle gear. Our neighborhood is away from the main highway, up a little hill in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood with no traffic noise, yet just minutes walking to all oftown. The surrounding banyan and ficus trees give you a feeling like you could be in a tropical jungle, yet you’re right in town. This truly is a perfect spot being as close to town to walk everywhere, yet there is zero traffic. Please enjoy and see for yourself! Aloha!

Nice big house for our group. Neighborhood is sketchy but house itself was nice. BEWARE - only portable ac unit in living room. Bedrooms super hot even with ceiling and tower fan. We had some people so hot, they slept on the couch in living room instead of the bedrooms. Had dirty sheets on 1 bed and no tv in unit.Host (property mgr) was very responsive before booking then less responsive after booking.Probably will not be staying again due to no ac unless we come in December or January.

The property was great and the host was very nice. She provided some Christmas decorations and we had fun decorating. Hawaii is very beautiful and the house was in a good location. Loved it. We all had a great time.

We took our family to Hawaii as a celebration and there was plenty of room for all of us. We each had our own bedrooms, and the bathrooms were plentiful. It was nice to have a washer and dryer on the premises. As other reviewers have said, it didn't have central air. Very few homes on the island seemed to have it. There were fans in each room which helped at night. We did see a bug or two in the house, but there were hundreds outside, so that didn't surprise us. It was a great location for groceries, restaurants by the pier, and even a pharmacy when we needed it. It was easy to get to our snorkeling and manta ray excursion. We had two rental cars and we were able to park both of them in the driveway. There were beach supplies that we borrowed. We really appreciated the coolers so we could pack a lunch and take it the day we needed it. Overall, it was a great location and great house that provided us with the ability to be with our family, yet have private rooms in case we needed some time away from our family.

We had plenty of private and communal space to rest and hang out with each other. We like being so close to town, so we don't always have to drive each time we went out.

The house was great. We all enjoyed our 3-night stay. The one complaint is that the travel crib (in the listing) was broken. We rented the house in part because we were travelling with a 2-year-old and the listing said there is a travel crib. With no travel crib, we would not have rented the house. When we found the crib, the mattress was missing and the frame was broken on two sides. It was unusable. We contacted Jeri immediately and she gave us the name of a place that would deliver one the next day.....if we wanted to rent one. She flatly refused to pay for the rental. I don't blame her for having a broken crib; perhaps the last renter broke it. However, I expect the host to provide what is promised.

Property was listed as a 5 bedroom with only 4 pictures of the bedrooms which worried me at first as we had 6 individual parties. But to my relief and surprise the unit had 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. Everything is located nearby. I would stay again if i plan another golf trip to kona.

We had a great time. It was very hot but coolers and fans helped. Coqui frogs were annoying but not property owners fault. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and two cooking areas. Would have liked more outdoor space. W/D were very nice and adequate. Ours was a family get together with family from Europe. Central location helped as we toured from Hawi to South Point to Volcanos to Hilo to Konaha.

What a gem indeed! Came back home for the celebration of life of my father and needed bigger accommodations since my family, grandmother and uncle would be staying there. This gem was PERFECT!!!!! There are so many rooms and bathrooms, everyone could get ready without running into each other. Spacious living areas upstairs and downstairs to relax. The amenities were plentiful! You really don't need to bring anything but your clothes. There was even sunscren to use. I assume other guests left some because of carry ons (we left one too, lol) but if you forget any toiletries, I'm sure it's there. Lots of beach toys and towels to use, coolers, grill, I mean you really don't want for much. Communication with the host was superb. Always responded quickly and kindly. I cannot say enough good things about this home. Our stay was simply wonderful.

Clean property with ample room for our large family gathering. Six bedrooms and four bathrooms worked well as everyone had their own space and plenty of bathroom space. Loved having the split floor plan so people were not crowded. Had breakfast downstairs and dinners upstairs. Property was within close proximity to downtown albeit had to go up and down hills in the heat and humidity. Would suggest having a guest book detailing how to work electronics and maybe highlight some attractions in the area. One bed in upper floor was full-sized which was a bit too cozy for one family member and spouse. I would highly recommend staying at the property. Manager was very responsive to any concerns we had.

We stayed here for 2 days while visiting the Big Island. The home was better than advertised, and the hosts were very respectful. One of our kids asked us to stay on this island longer -- just so he could spend more time at this property. Effectively, we had 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, and 2 living rooms. The home was near many of the Kona attractions. We hope to stay at this property again on our next visit!

This house was a perfect fit for our large family. The beds were very comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us to gather and spend time together. We really enjoyed having two kitchen spaces. The location was perfect walking distance to downtown. The on-sight staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We would love to stay at this home again if we return to the island.

Great house for someone who wants to be in walking distance of the center of Kailua-Kona. You can walk to the waterfront in about 10 minutes. Parking in Kona can be difficult so this is a big advantage. We had 8 people staying, but we never felt cramped. We made use of all four bathrooms (2 on each floor) and both family rooms and kitchens. Everyone in our group thought the house was great. Would definitely recommend.
