incredible location, very close to the tube and a short distance from central. great value for money, especially for london! upon arriving the check in codes were provided immediately to me via the guest portal and we had no trouble finding the building which was great.
the pre check in process was a bit confusing so to anyone looking to book be prepared for the security deposit and to provide your/your guests passports. i am happy to say i had no issues with this process though. also the street below is quite loud and the windows are fairly thin so light sleepers may struggle, i appreciated ear plugs being provided to help with this.

Lovely room & shared bathroom. All clean.
Very annoying code on every single door (3 doors to 3 rd floor), and wear earplugs as a bit noisy traffic if you like the window open

Everything was well organized and clean. We really appreciated the clean kitchen to have some tea or breakfast in the morning. The staff answered to my questions right away, which doesn't happen at times with other properties. And the location couldn't be better with lots of local bars and restaurants. We really had a comfortable stay.
I was concerned of the noise coming from a busy street, but we slept very well!

Location was great
Booked a room with a private bathroom, what I booked and the pictures was not what I stayed in. Rm 8 is in a location where there is a rm 7 which has access daily to the space but is a worker? Supposedly rm 8 has a private bathroom and for some reason I was iotngiven that space. Owner kept saying I had a private bathroom but was down the hall and required a key- this is not a private bathroom!
There was also a worker working outside in the back roof with a table saw.
Room had a fan going in the corner. Hot evenings
The location was not easy to find in the dark and directions were minimal- our flight was delayed and I kept updating the owner with zero acknowledgment from them. They did make sure to get in touch to discuss the credit card to cover possible damages which there were none.
I made my concerns known to the owner from the time I arrived. They kept talking about I got the right room, the other was small anyway and then on the last day they offered to change us to room with private bathroom- I was out on my vacation and did not have time to move my belongings- I shouldn’t have had to worry about that! They totally gas lit us regarding the space and stay!! Never again with this co!
