It is beautiful with wonderful staff and the location is excellent.
I was in room 2 and you can hear everything in the adjoining room 3. Very noisy when there are guests next door.

Our second night was very disturbed by the noise of the guests in the room above. Breakfast was good for anyone who likes cakes, but limited for our taste.

Everything about this property is wonderful. It is impeccably clean. Not a speck of dirt or a hair in the rooms. It’s a great location in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They’re happy to help with reservations or other information. They give you extra toiletries on request. The two gentleman at breakfast are so nice and couldn’t be more accounting, making sure you have everything you need. Such a lovely stay.
There is no parking - the parking garage is about a 10-15 minute walk. But that’s very common in European cities and not a major issues. Just something to know.

Lovely base for seeing Parma
The front desk were extremely fast to respond to requests and often had what I needed before I even thought to ask. The location is decent. Close enough to be away from the noise, but not too far that it takes ages to get anywhere on foot.
I was solo so it didn’t bother me, but some of the rooms have a glass wall for the bathroom, with a clear view of the toilet. If you’re not excited by the idea of watching your partner on the toilet, you might want to ask about this. There’s no safe parking nearby, which was a little inconvenient.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city yet quiet and a total oasis with their beautiful courtyard. Breakfast was fantastic!
