It was very centrally located in Florence, just steps from the main plaza and bell tower. The rooms were very modern with great air conditioning (it was super hot), comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. I was traveling with my 4 teenage kids so we rented two rooms.
The access was a little confusing, but the staff was very responsive on the phone. It would have been helpful to know upfront that is is a suite of rooms inside one door on the 5th floor. Once you are in the master suite, the individual rooms are located inside. We were looking for the room numbers once inside the building, but you have to enter the suite first.

Fantastic location with easy access in and out of building. Codes were supplied before check-in so we had no issues at all. Excellent stay, clean room that was a good size and a good sized bathroom. The black out shade was great!

The location is perfect. Close to everything.
I stayed there one night with my sister. The halls were pitch black and scary as a man was wondering around. It was odd verifying entrance. There was no coffee, only tea. And there was no conditioner!!!!
