Easy access and clean

Location and very nice clean room. Capable A/C system for those hot Florence days.

The location of the property was good and the rooms were spacious. However, there were some significant issues that affected our stay.

Guests should be aware that after booking, we were informed that any change of towels would incur an additional charge (€20 for a double room and €30 for a triple room). I contacted Booking.com regarding this, and although they agreed that introducing such charges after a reservation has been made was not appropriate, they were unable to provide any meaningful assistance. Another major issue was a very unpleasant odour coming from the shower in our room. We reported this to the property owner, who thanked us for bringing it to their attention and stated that arrangements would be made to address it. Unfortunately, the odour remained throughout the rest of our holiday. This suggested that the issue was either already known or was not resolved despite being reported. While the location and room size were positive aspects, these issues had a negative impact on our overall experience.

The location is perfect. Close to everything.

I stayed there one night with my sister. The halls were pitch black and scary as a man was wondering around. It was odd verifying entrance. There was no coffee, only tea. And there was no conditioner!!!!
