Beautiful home, wonderful location with fantastic views.

Fantastic location. Cleanest property we have stayed in, in Sheringham and we have stayed in a few! Comfortable beds. Tastefully decorated. Good quality fixtures, fitting and accessories.

No dedicated parking although this wasn’t a problem. TV was a bit small for the whole family to watch Traitors!

Excellent, comfortable and convenient.

The position of the property, on the sea front, was terrific. The property manager was very helpful and responded to any problems that we had immediately, despite the rental being over the Christmas period.

Parking in the area is limited but I can't blame that on the property owners. I can't think of any other problems/dislikes.

Superb accommodation on Sheringham sea front

The Wave is a fabulous property, ideal for a family holiday, & in a stunning location right on the sea front in Sheringham, on the North Norfolk coast. It is a beautifully restored older seaside cottage full of character & very comfortable: super clean, cosy & peaceful. We loved it & will definitely try to book again soon! It's almost next door to our favourite cafe: Whelk Coppers, & just a short (< 10 minute) walk from the main line railway station for trains to Norwich, Cambridge or London, & also the North Norfolk heritage steam railway 🚂. Plenty of shops & pubs round the corner: we had a delicious meal at The Two Lifeboats.

Perfect seaside retreat!

Super cottage located right on the sea front, with lovely views from every room. Everyone had their own bathroom which is a nice luxury. Cozy and comfy with extra thoughtful touches including a welcome hamper and a cupboard stocked with games for all ages. The location in Sheringham, which is a lovely little town with abundant shops and restaurants, can’t be beat!

The Wave.

Great location, lovely property, good communications, plenty of places to eat and drink within easy distance, lots of nice walks,something for everyone, to go to sleep to the sound of the sea, priceless.

Maybe a slightly larger TV and one with Freeview as finding internet based TV is a pain,but now I'm being picky.

Can’t get a better location. Spacious inside, lovely views, benches right outside the front door overlooking the sea for morning coffees, 2mins walk to shops and pub/restaurants. Able to park car right outside. Little enclosed garden area for dog, just great all round!

The property was wonderfully clean and had such a lovely view of the sea from the lounge window. The little details such as the welcome hamper on arrival were very much appreciated!

The rooms are slightly away from one another, so with young children we found it was best to sleep in the room with them. There was a lot of extra bedding and a spare mattress to allow us to do this.

Fabulous location, super comfortable for all the family

Perfect location on the seafront. Comfortable beds, very clean bathrooms, 3 toilets! Lots of little extras in the kitchen, treat basket left for us, milk in the fridge. Felt really homely.

Nothing to dislike the only improvement would be a bigger tv, but we didn’t even turn it on so would only really matter I think for children.

the wave was spotless, the view from the bedrooms and lounge were breathtaking, the beds were so comfy both my friend and I slept like a log!

There was only one suggestion I could make and that would be to have some stair carpet as they are very steep and could be nasty if someone slipped. my friend and I both took our dogs and they had to be carried up and down as the wood floorboards were too slippery and they just couldn’t get up them and too risky to let them go down. but luckily our dogs were the size where we could pick them up.

Lovely property in brilliant location. Very well equipped and immaculate. Nice touches ... bread, milk etc We were only two but plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids
