綺麗なお部屋や温かいシャワーなど設備が整っていること。また、徒歩10分圏内に売店やランドリー施設、観光地など立地が整っている所。何より、オーナーが宿泊前に観光バスの正確な時間をメッセージで送ってくれるなど予約から滞在まで全てサポートしてくれる所が良かったです。

部屋が清潔で、温かいシャワーがあるなど設備が整っている所。また、徒歩10分以内に売店やランドリー施設、観光地があり立地がいい。何より温かいオーナーが、宿泊前にもメッセージで観光バスの正確な時間を教えてくれるなど予約から滞在まで全てのサポートしてくれる所が良かったです。

It’s very value for money. At 1600₹ per day for a clean room + AC + big toilet + TV.
What more do you want?
Also- very close to main market.
Hot water though was not available on day 1-2 - layer it was(since it solar) - just need to let the cold water go.
Stanzin gave Electric rod which served the purpose.
Electric rod can be given to each room as back up.
