We had a wonderful stay at this property, and what truly set the experience apart was the incredible team. Anil, the manager, was there to greet us right from check-in and set the tone for the rest of our stay with his warmth and attentiveness. Anil and Stella at the front desk went above and beyond throughout our visit. They helped us plan our daily excursions, were flexible in adjusting itineraries to fit our changing needs, and connected us with reliable, safe cab drivers for our travels around the region. One thing that really stood out: when we mentioned we were heading on a road trip up into the mountains, they arranged an oxygen tank for us to have on hand — a thoughtful, safety-conscious touch that showed how seriously they take guest wellbeing, especially at higher altitudes. In the dinner hall, Vinod and Nikita did a fantastic job as well. The service was attentive and friendly, and it made mealtimes a genuinely pleasant part of each day. Overall, this property distinguishes itself through its people. Anil and his team were personable, proactive, and genuinely customer-oriented — the kind of service that turns a good trip into a memorable one. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the region, particularly if you're planning mountain excursions and want a team that will look out for you every step of the way.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, very close to Leh Market. Very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms are very specious with excellent decor. Room had an oxygen unit and a humidifier - which we did not see in other hotels in Ladakh area.

Manager Anil responded promptly to all my queries with such reassurance and care that I felt completely at ease. That level of genuine attention immediately won my trust. The warmth continued from the moment I arrived. The airport pickup was smoothly arranged, and the welcome I received at the hotel felt less like checking in and more like being welcomed home by family after a long journey. After travel fatigue and some anxiety about altitude, this made all the difference. What truly stood out was the level of care. I was gently guided to rest and acclimatize properly, and the team checked in on me regularly to ensure I was feeling comfortable. Everything in the room was thoughtfully prepared, clean, warm, and well equipped with a heater, which was essential in the cold weather. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. Stunning snow covered mountains right in front of me created a sense of calm that is hard to describe. Just sitting and watching the mountains felt deeply healing. The hotel’s location offers a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for rest and reflection away from the noise. Then came my birthday, and this is where the experience became unforgettable. When I asked for suggestions on how to spend the day, Anil immediately helped plan a beautiful itinerary and arranged everything seamlessly. The day itself was magical, surrounded by the stunning landscapes of Ladakh. But the real surprise was in the evening. When I returned, I was greeted by the entire team with warm birthday wishes. They had arranged a celebration with decorations, a cake, and such heartfelt enthusiasm. In a touching traditional gesture, I was welcomed with a shawl, and the team celebrated with me as if I were part of their own family. Even other guests were included in the celebration, which made it even more joyful and special. It was one of those rare moments in life where you feel deeply cared for. I can honestly say I did not feel the absence of my family that day, because the warmth around me filled that space. This hotel goes far beyond luxury. It offers something much more meaningful, genuine human connection, care, and hospitality from the heart. A special mention to Hotel Head Mr. Tsewang and the manager Mr. Anil, along with the entire team, for creating such a soulful and unforgettable experience.
