    It has been wonderful experince at this hotel . The food , Service , Staff everything was extraordinary . My partner was not able to breathe as due to lack of oxygent the hotel staff was very helpfull they had oxygen cylender placed in my room all time for no extra cost .

    Our stay was very bad. Right from door bell of the room to the availability of hot water, everything was very bad.

    The room is overcharged, the conditions of the room is very bad. The walls have damp, the carpet was not clean, and the windows are not closing properly which lead to gushing of winds at night. The service is not so par, as they delay in providing the basic services and had to call multiple times to the reception to get it done. The room heater provided was not working completely, later they changed it after repetitive requests.
