Very comfortable transit accommodation in a new apartment with convenient check-in.

A very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped apartment in a new building. Excellent self-check-in and self-check-out. Our dog stayed at no extra charge. Communication with the owner was seamless. A beautiful view of tall trees from the pleasant terrace, and a large, wonderful park nearby. Everything was top-notch. Thank you and we recommend it.

Nice cozy apartment.

Nice modern place, apartment has everything you might need. It’s clean and tidy, comfortable for a family stay. Even though there is a construction site next to the building, however we arrive when working hours were over, and left the apartment before builders started their day, so they didn’t us worry at all.

New Apartment with Parking, but Noisy and Hard to Find

The apartment is relatively new and comes with a parking spot, which is a plus.

Fnding the place and its parking area is a challenge, as the address and GPS can be unreliable, sometimes leading you to a nearby lot that looks rundown and neglected. The surrounding area is still under construction, with dust and activity making it feel like you’re staying in the middle of a busy work site. While the apartment is new, it could use better maintenance, and the room’s lighting is a bit too dim for comfort. Worst of all, the stay was utterly ruined by incessant, thunderous stomping and furniture-dragging noises from upstairs, relentlessly pounding through the ceiling all night long until morning. It was impossible to get any rest, turning what could have been a pleasant stay into a frustrating ordeal. Significant improvements are needed, especially regarding the unbearable noise.

Уютная квартира в Паневежисе.

Очень комфортная квартира в новом доме. Чисто, все со вкусом подобрано. Есть все необходимое для прибывания. В доме тихо, плотные шторы, межкомнатные двери с хорошей звукоизоляцией. Рядом парк, игровая площадка, магазины. Очень дружелюбный и заботливый хозяин. С утра предупредил, что начнётся ремонт и надо переставить машину. Проблем с парковкой нет. Парковочное место закреплено за квартирой. Легко попали в место проживания, хозяин прислал подробную инструкцию. С удовольствием вернёмся ещё, когда будем в Паневежисе.

Dairenin içinde her şey var. Filtre kahveyi bile düşünmüşler. Oldukça geniş ve ferah bir daire. Tüm eşyalar yeni ve çok zevkli döşenmiş. Sigara içenler için balkonu var. Çok sakin ve kafa dinlenecek bir ortamda.
