The apartment is conveniently located close to the university. It is quite in principle (though they construct a subway nearby right now) with a balcony view into a green court.
A heater is missing for winter days. The kitchen needs to be re-equipped a bit.

The appartment is spacious, very clean, with a fully equiped kitchen and washing machine.
There are a shopping mall, post office and supermarket nearby.
It's about 15 minutes uphill from the football stadium and 10 downhill from the university.
The hosts were very friendly.
Right now there is work in the street of the building, so if you are by foot you will have to find your way around to exit the neighborhood.
