Amazing view, very helpful doormen, parking.
A few additional items would make the stay more comfortable, such as an extra blanket, towels, and a coffee maker. However, overall, the property has all the essentials.
I checked out on time and left the car in the parking lot so we could eat before heading to the airport. The property has at least 3 spots, so even in the case that another guest was to check in early, it wouldn't have been a problem. I was called by the agency and spoken to in very stern terms that put a damper on the experience at the end of the vacation. I removed the car right after talking to them, and still, they felt the need to report it to Booking.com. I was bothered by the tone. In my prior travel experience, as a fairly active traveler, I was always allowed to leave the car in the parking lot on the day of checkout without any time restrictions. It was an honest misunderstanding, and I felt the reaction was way too strong.

In reality much more impressive than on the photos. Safe area with a gate. Calm atmosphere, beautiful buildings, a lot of flowers. Villa has a nice garden, amazing view and overall very comfortable. Really enjoyed. Was very easy to order food delivery despite we thought might be challenging. Big fridge.

Appartamento molto grande, con parcheggio privato, appartamento molto pulito, e in una posizione tranquilla per godersi il relax con vista mare ( il Vesuvio ) ottima location !
Consiglio vivamente dí controllare tutto quanto in casa… che nn ci sia niente di rotto… 😑 perché quando siamo arrivati noi, c’era il rubinetto del bagno rotto.. nn l’ho comunicato perché ho dato per scontato che lo sapessero… ma nn è stato così, perché quando abbiamo lasciato l’appartamento ci volevano addebitare il rubinetto del bagno che secondo loro l’avevamo rotto noi… ma noi l’abbiamo trovato già rotto… comunque una controllata prima di entrare è meglio… 😉

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The view from the living room was amazing. The outside terrace area catches the sun in the morning but not in the afternoon or evening. The villa was very clean and comfortable. It is located within a gated community so is extremely quiet and safe. We enjoyed the five minute walk up from and down to the main road. The management company were very helpful, as was Maria Vera who greeted us on arrival. She recommended a local taxi company for our return journey to the airport which was perfect. We would highly recommend the villa and staying in Posillipo - which is a lovely area with fantastic restaurants. We realise we stayed in the quiet season and got a good deal on the property.
If we were paying full season higher prices we would have expected the kitchen to be a little better equipped. e.g. there was no tea towel to dry dishes with and no wine glasses. A small coffee table near the sofa would have been handy fro cups and glasses - we had to use a chair which was not ideal. Just a few little things missing to make life easier.
