Villa Dolcevita is located in the lower part of Via Posillipo, in a privileged position at the top of the hill in an exclusive residential park with 24-hour security service and private parking reserved for medium-small cars. Each reservation includes only one parking space. Please note that parking in areas that are not assigned or that hinder traffic involves a penalty of €70. If you arrive with a second vehicle, you can request an additional parking space at a cost of €70, subject to availability.
The villa, with independent entrance, is a haven of peace surrounded by greenery, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Completely renovated, it consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a modern and fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large living room with sea view. The maximum capacity is 5 people, thanks to the comfortable double sofa bed and the armchair bed in the living room, both equipped with high quality mattresses.
Outside, a magnificent terraced garden with panoramic views offers the ideal space to relax: you will find a pagoda, a table with chairs and two deckchairs, perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset or moments of relaxation surrounded by nature.
The villa has Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. Once you cross the park gate, the traffic and chaos of the city will seem far away, while remaining perfectly connected: the bus stop is located right next to the main entrance, allowing you to easily reach the waterfront and the city center. There are shops, supermarkets and popular restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

At the time of check-in, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law.
December 24 and 31: check-ins will be available until 18.00.
