"1G Beachwood Place - The perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean and pool front villa.
Located in the small gated community of Beachwood Place off South Forest Beach Drive is the hidden gem or 1G Beachwood.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villas has been recently renovated and all the comforts of home, just steps to the sand. The open floor plan give you plenty of space in the kitchen, dining and living room areas. There is a private deck off the living room that looks to the pool and onto the beach just ahead. The kitchen table seats 2 and there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter as well.
The master bedroom with en-suite has new furniture with a cozy king bed and access to the deck. The en-suite in the master features a pedestal sink and shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin bed and a desk for a space to work when needed. There is a bathroom in the hall as well with a tub/shower. The villa has a stocked kitchen, wireless internet and streaming television on all 3 wall mounted TVs.
Beachwood Place is just off the Coligny Circle on South Forest Beach Drive. Enjoy the miles of bike paths on Hilton Head, Celebration Park, Coligny Plaza and Sea Pines, all just a short walk or bike ride from the villa.
The laundry room is down the hall and is coin operated.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head. We opted for this place due to the beach location. We had found others that were larger, but you cannot beat the location! The patio faced the pool, and there was a short path that led to the beach. I thought the washer/dryer was in the unit, but it is across the hall. The only recommendation I would give is to bring your quarters from home. It was nearly impossible to find a place that would give quarters, which made doing laundry a challenge. The property is super close to shops and restaurants, so you can walk to many places. We were also surprised to find many beach items in the closet. There were some chairs, boogie boards and other things that we could use. We would definitely come back to this unit on a return trip. Thanks for the great trip!

What a wonderful week. The place was so cozy and charming, right on the water! They make it affordable for families like us to enjoy the beauty of Gods creation, just footsteps away. We will use this company again. Thanks for a great week!!!

The property was excellent...we will definitely be back. The view was superb and we were just a very short walk to the beach. The property manager called to make sure everything was great, and this extra level of care was much appreciated. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, good location. It was our first time in Hilton Head. Very bike friendly!
