With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 323 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. Ocean One 323 sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2, and a living room sleep sofa. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Kitchen has been remodeled in & the master bath has also been completely renovated with a walk in shower. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

The location is perfect, you are very close to Coligny Plaza and are on the ocean, with a great view. The condo was cleaner than others we have stayed in.
We knew about the balcony construction which fortunately ours wasn't worked on during our stay.
The main issue we had was that the pool was closed and we had no correspondence about that. The kids were really looking forward to having the pool to swim in. Would have just been nice to know prior to arrival.

Spoke to the property manager. Several issues need to be addressed especially the mold in the bedroom ceiling and hall bath. Carpets in bedroom definitely needed to be replaced. The condo needs a complete remodeled
