About this villa rental
Ocean One 107 is highly coveted and in a great location! Bottom floor unit allows easy access to the beach, oceanfront pool and grilling area. Master bathroom updated Spring of 2022 includes a walk-in shower and new 65" Smart TV added in family room. Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Plaza and conveniently located next door to HHI's famous Tiki Hut. Guests are in walking or biking distance to all the restaurants and shops along Pope Avenue as well. Unit 107 is updated and decorated for style and comfort. Overall our stay at 107 was quite satisfying. There are issues with 107 that have been aired by other guests, but they are minor compared to being on the beach in Hilton Head.
