With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 521 enjoy panoramic views of the ocean, the oceanfront pool and grilling area. 5th floor oceanfront condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, and a living room sleeper sofa. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

The Condo was clean with a fantastic view and close to ocean. The proximity was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping!

Very nice! Super location. Beautiful grounds. Patio doors didn’t really lock and could be cleaner but I’m a stickler for the little details. Piled sheets and dust was present. We really enjoyed it and were shocked by all the wildlife, like the deer! Would definitely stay again.

This property is as described, nice view, great location. My biggest disappoint was the linens and pillows. Not one of the pillows are worth using. There are way past there prime. Flat and hard as a board. The linens are even worse! After the first night, I emailed the rental office and explained that the sheets were “worn have balls on them and having trouble sleeping”. They were gracious to offer to replace the sheets. Unfortunately they weren’t any better. We ended up sleeping on the top sheet and found a light blanket to use as a top sheet. It was a long week of very little rest. For this reason I would not rebook. At the price of this unit, this is unacceptable. If you rent this unit, I suggest you bring your own sheets
