About this apartment rental
This top-floor condo (Unit 517) in the lovely Ocean One complex has stunning ocean views from the living room and master bedroom balconies. We did a total renovation when we bought the property in 2011, and we update things every year to keep it fresh.
The Ocean One complex has two elevators, grills, and a firepit area that is open fall through spring. The pool area was redone in the winter of 2024-25 and is now heated in cooler weather and cooled in the summer. (Its temperature can't be more than 20 degrees higher or lower than the air temperature, however.) The deck area was expanded, too.
The condo is a very short walk to Coligny Plaza with its variety of shops and restaurants and entertainment---you can leave your car in the parking lot your entire vacation. You can walk out of the Ocean One complex to miles of running trails, or take a bike for a ride on the beach, or drive a short ways to the top-notch golf courses nearby. It's also a short walk to Lowcountry Celebration Park with its playground, children's museum, and outdoor concert venue.
This villa is non-smoking with no pets allowed. Parking passes for two cars are issued for each stay.
We own this condo and the one next door (listing vrbo.com/1261638), and we try to make each of them a place we like to stay when we can.

We just finished our second trip to a condo from this owner (we stayed in the unit next door last time) and it was great! The location to Coligny and proximity to the beach are what keep us coming back. The condo is thoughtfully stocked and truly has everything you need. Stephanie is kind and responsive and will check up on you mid stay to make sure everything is going ok. Another perfect week in the books and are already looking forward to another visit!

We loved our stay in this unit. It was beautifully maintained, and everything that you could need is there for you. We enjoyed the heated pool and fire pits in the evening. The location is perfect for walking to shopping or the many restaurants around Coligny. Communication was spot on.
