From the moment you pass through the gated entrance and ride the elevator to the top floor, this villa delivers an elevated coastal experience, with the Atlantic Ocean visible the instant you step inside.
The open-concept living space is designed to highlight the stunning surroundings, featuring cathedral ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a bright, comfortable living area with a flat-screen TV and Queen sleeper sofa. The updated kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, making it easy to enjoy everything from casual breakfasts to home-cooked meals. Step out onto the private balcony to savor morning coffee at sunrise or unwind in the evening while listening to the ocean waves roll in.
The primary suite offers the same breathtaking ocean views, allowing you to wake up to the sunrise directly from the King bed. This spacious retreat includes a flat-screen TV and a beautifully updated en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is tastefully decorated with a Queen bed and flat-screen TV and is conveniently located near the second full bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for all guests. We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect with everything Coligny has to offer, but not right where the public beach access is so not busy where we stayed. We loved the proximity to the shopping, restaurants, playground, museum and sea pines. The view was incredible and the beds and furniture were very comfortable too. We’d love to stay here again when back.

The villa was very clean, well supplied, and well maintained. The new deck furniture back to high top table and chairs was much appreciated and made breakfast on the deck much more enjoyable with easy viewing over the railing. Based on previous comments, the master bedroom mattress was apparently replaced as well and provided comfortable sleep. Shorewood provides a great location for beach walking and access to Coligny square. The Shorewood complex and outdoor amenities are also carefully maintained. We would definitely rent this location again in the future.

The location wan fantastic, however there were glaring issues of neglect that should have been addressed before renting. Refrigerator went out and the flooring outside the master bath area was extremely bad. Both issues are quite off putting especially when it could have been so much better. I told the maintenance guys that if a similar experience happened in a hotel we would insist on a new suite and not settle for anything in this condition.
