Inside you'll find ample natural lighting, cozy furnishings, and other great amenities like a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. The main living area is large enough for the whole family to sprawl out in. Enjoy tuning into a movie night on the provided TV. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This had the potential to be an awesome getaway. The furniture had a few stains. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The deal breaker for me was the cooling unit. I had to purchase fans and was miserable due the lack of adequate cooling unit. It was cooler outside so we spent most of the time by the pool.
