Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The room worked for us, but wasn’t amazing. The unit itself was okay. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but the carpet area needed some work on cleanliness. Linens on beds were clean. The view was as shown and we really enjoyed the access to the beach. Building was not great. Only one elevator was available for use. We were aware of the construction going on, but the parking is the main reason why I will look for another place to stay next year. The parking off site and walk to the room with all our luggage was terrible.
