Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Although this resort was older, our studio condo was very clean and the custormer service reps were very helpful.
I would suggest to have Kleenex in the residence. The view was beautiful and was a great place to stay for the Daytona 500.

what i liked was the view i had from the balcony. it was spacious. quiet. what i did not like but it was no a big issue was that it is a little out dated the rug and the curtains. but not an issue id love to rent it again
